Understanding Your Options

ℹ️ There is no obligation. Your advisor will confirm the right option for you after reviewing your full circumstances.
Individual Voluntary Arrangement (IVA) & Bankruptcy
An IVA is a legally binding agreement where you make one affordable monthly payment — usually over 5-6 years — with remaining debt written off at the end. Bankruptcy is a formal solution where most unsecured debts are written off, giving you a fresh start, typically within 12 months.
